The potential financial risks and opportunities related to environment, social and corporate governance (ESG) issues are becoming increasingly clear. As a result, many investors see the integration of ESG issues in traditional analysis as crucial to gain a better understanding of a company’s ability to create long-term value for its shareholders. The move towards ESG integration has implications for investors as well as financial analyst and brokers, whose valuations and recommendations are an important part of the investment decision-making process.
This seminar will present ESG integration from the investor and analyst/broker perspective, give examples of ESG integration from Europe and discuss the state of ESG integration among the various actors in Norway.
